Education only, not advice

Phoenix Traders is an education and process-tracking tool. Everything shown in the app or on the website, including market levels, signals, star ratings, stock lists, crypto reads and chatbot answers, is general information and opinion. It is not investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or crypto asset. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Markets involve risk, including loss of capital. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always do your own research and consult a licensed adviser before you trade.

What we collect

• Access code: if a section needs an access code, we check the code you type. We do not ask for your name, phone number, bank, card or demat details.
• Chat questions: questions you type into the chat helper are sent to our server and to an AI service so it can answer. Please do not type personal or financial account information into the chat.
• Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It may use cookies or similar identifiers and collects technical data such as device type, browser and approximate location.
• On your device: the app stores your theme choice (light or dark) and a copy of the app files so it can open quickly. Live market data is not stored for offline use.

How we use it

To run the app, answer your questions, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Third-party services

The app is hosted on Cloudflare. Market data comes from public exchange and data providers. Charts may use TradingView widgets. Analytics is provided by Google. Chat answers use an AI provider. These services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can clear the app data or uninstall the app at any time. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. To ask about or delete any information tied to you, contact us at the address below.

Children

The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
